Bilt Points Now Transfer to JetBlue: What Renters Need to Know

Paying rent can now lead to a JetBlue flight.

Bilt members can move their points to JetBlue TrueBlue at a 1:1 ratio, so 1,000 Bilt Points become 1,000 TrueBlue points.

The transfer option went live on October 20, 2026.

The Basics

  • Transfers happen in the Bilt app or on the Bilt website.
  • You need to link your TrueBlue account before your first transfer.
  • Transfers come in 1,000-point increments, with a 1,000-point minimum.
  • Members with Blue Status have a 2,000-point minimum.

Why It Matters

JetBlue is the 27th travel partner in Bilt's lineup.

Bilt says 24 of those partners transfer at a 1:1 ratio.

Bilt also called JetBlue one of its most requested transfer partners.

How Does JetBlue Compare With Other Programs?

JetBlue also accepts points from other major rewards programs, but the ratios differ.

  • Chase, Citi, and Wells Fargo transfer at 1:1, like Bilt.
  • American Express transfers at 250:200.
  • Capital One transfers at 1,000:600.

What Can Your Points Buy?

Yahoo Finance gave a few sample redemptions, and each compares the points price with the cash price of the same fare.

RoutePointsCash priceValue per point
New York area to London24,300$295about 1.21 cents
Taipei to Shanghai8,000about $234about 2.9 cents
Fort Lauderdale to Cancun7,500$190over 2.5 cents

These were snapshots from the article's author, so prices will vary by date and demand.

Is It Always a Good Deal?

Not always.

The Points Guy's October 2026 valuations put Bilt Points at 2.2 cents each and JetBlue points at 1.35 cents each.

That means the transfer works best for topping off a TrueBlue balance or booking a standout award flight.

A simple rule of thumb is to compare the points price with the cash price before you transfer.

Good to Know

  • TrueBlue points can be used on JetBlue flights and select partner airline flights.
  • Bilt says transfers complete almost instantly.
  • Transfers can't be reversed, so confirm award availability first.

The Bottom Line

More transfer partners mean more flexibility for your rent and housing rewards.

Check the cash fare against the points price, then decide whether the transfer is worth it.
